Heavily unimpressed by the lack of training of the employees. I was instructed to bring damaged product back to return and repurchase with a discount & had done as told with the receipt and everything in hand, but once I got there a "manager" told me with attitude that I was wrong and that she wouldn't help me with the return. It was only a $10 purchase and could have easily been done. Used to shop here very often but won't be returning to this location. I hope they work on their customer service skills soon.
Nice store. Would have given 5 but main reason for shopping was to fund Rae Dunn. There was none. It was 6 pm on a Friday and the truck had just arrived. Bummer!
I havent had a good experience at this store till today. I met ms. BJ and she changed all that while shopping for a birthday present. Until now i would rate a zero but she is the reason for the 4 star.
