Can't tell much about customer service because their was none. Oh I guess that means it was really bad. I walked to jewelry counter with my family and the lady behind the counter just walked away to stand and laugh with the cashier. My husband and kids were there to buy me a good chain for Christmas. We stood there and walked around all the counters. Apparently they didn't want to sell anything that night. We will not be back. Everyone was dissapointed.
This store is so convenient and it always has what I need in the men's department. I had walked the entire mall today looking for a pair of dress slacks, knowing I would end up at Penny's.
Medium inventory levels.....store had strong perfume odor throughout.....this mall has practically no traffic.....so shopping is easy peasy, but the inventory levels/selection could be improved..
We had to ask for someone to come to the jewelry counter to pick up a repaired ring. I had not been notified that the ring was back. They had a phone number that I had in 2011. Our phone number change in 2014. The person who finally waited on me did a good job though.
Saleslady went out of her way and found exactly what I had been looking for. And at a much better price.
