You will lose more cutomers than myself
I was in town visiting and needed a headlight replaced. My car is considered luxury and I usually spend $60-$80 to replace it, depending on the place. Not only did Sears have to light, it was on sale and it only took about 40 minutes as a walk in and I left out for under $20 and the gentleman that helped was very kind and pleasant!
I am told they are short handed and to give em 30-45 mins, that they are starting on it now...
I end up leaving without the oil change.. this place is very disorganized, no wonder Sears is in financial distress... When the doors finally close here, it wont be quick enough...
Fix your store hours on the internet please. In case you do not know, Maryville TN service closes at 6pm
This location sucks they sell the lawn mowers but they don't sell the blades that goes on the lawn tractors that's ridiculous
When you google sears auto center maryville, web page opens up to closing hour of 7pm.
Sears Auto Center is in the Mall a few blocks to the NE
Ive got 3 complimentary oil changes from when I bought my car... Ive been here twice to get em, but everytime Ive waited as long as an hour before & when I inquire if its ready...
I for one will just pay for my oil changes... get what you pay for anyway.
