Pro care? More like amatuer care. Brought my truck here for an alignment, tire balance, and rotation. Charged me for the services and when I got my truck back it was worse than when I brought it in. Ended up brining it back for a third time and after CHARGING ME ADDITIONALLY for services they never provided in the first place, my tires are still not balanced. Can't go over 60 without my truck shaking.
The most Fair and Honest place I have ever delt with before. I will be bringing my vehicles to here from now on. Just as great as the dealership without the expense! Plus you go somewhere where the people know you instead of just being a number.
Good folks that do great work at reasonable prices. I would recommend them.
Good people who didn't try to sell me more than I needed. I had stopped to have 2 tires checked for leaks. Turned out to be that 1 wasn't repairable. I was prepared to buy 2 new ones, but only needed 1, so I got it and wasn't even charged for the repair of the other.
I would never give them my business again! I brought my brand new car here because I picked up a screw in one of the tires and need a plug. They didn't plug the tire they just put some sort of goo in the tire and charged me $16. I travel extensively and was concerned this wouldn't hold. I was basically told that is too bad, this is the way"they" do it. I feel ripped off. I still had to take the car somewhere else to get a true plug for my tire and pay again!
