A flat tire turned out to be a highlight of our vacation! We were passing through Maryville on the way to Nashville when we had a flat. We called two other local tire service centers that had long waiting times, but the friendly guy at Matlock Tire Service & Auto Repair said they would try to get us back on the road as soon as they could. We arrived and found a beautiful waiting area with comfortable furniture, free wifi, and a nice view of trees through large picture windows. We felt like we were sitting in a good friend's living room! The folks at Matlock were exceptionally courteous, professional, and quick. We experienced kindness and grace that is hard to describe in words. I usually don't take time to write reviews, but this family-run business is extraordinary, and I give them my highest recommendation.
