I had been in the market for a specific Jeep for 6 months and bouncing from dealership-dealership each experience being worse than the last. Twin City Certified and especially Robin (She’s great) have very much changed my option on the stigma that comes along with car buying. If you’re looking for a very friendly, no-pressure, professional car buying experience this is definitely the place to go. Robin and other staff worked with me on pricing and were very honest about everything along the way. If they didn’t know the answer to a question they either found it out for me or told me they did not know-instead of the typical salesman trick of lying and saying whatever I wanted to hear. I could not have asked for a better saleswoman or dealership to work with. And did I also mention that Robin actually writes her own emails when contacting you, instead of using a generated template? SERIOUSLY, BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP... and ask for Robin!
