unprofessional and dishonest. we were repeat customers after our first experience was a good one, but I learned a hard lesson this time… I actually saw a review on here from someone with a similar experience…3 months ago I purchased an SUV there. The salesman told us he just had brand new Michelin tires put on it. The tread looked good as far as I knew. However, About 10 days ago i got a nail in my tire. i went to have the tire patched, and the mechanics were unable to do so because the “brand new tire” is ACTUALLY 8 years old and DRY ROTTED. The mechanic said it is a “liability” and “hazardous” for them to fix. I went by Ideal the next day and talked to the guy who sold us the car. I reminded him that he told us they were brand new tires, but they’re actually old/in poor condition leaving me to buy new tires for a car I just purchased thinking it had a new set... I also told him the car has ALREADY needed over $1000 in repairs, which I think is more than should be expected. he said he would call me the next day with options after looking at the deal sheet. He never called. He still hasn’t followed up. My husband and I have called several times this past week and have gotten NOTHING but excuses (he’s w/a customer, he can’t hear me, he hasn’t looked at the sheet yet, hes out of town, etc) They may be helpful to make the deal happen, but good luck afterward and just hope you’re actually getting what you think you’re paying for.
Nick and Lana were amazing! A classy duo as they had the car running with the AC on when we arrived! I've never seen a used car dealer do that before. It was an awesome experience on every front! We'll definitely do business with them again!
Got my first car almost 10 years ago from Ideal and absolutely loved it! Went back to Ideal to trade it in for a family car and they were incredible! Honest, caring people who help in every way possible!
Bought a truck from this joke of a dealership not even 2 years ago I spent $3000 about 6 mounts after I first got the truck because performance of the motor keep declining after a year the truck started to get a really bad idle and would die took it to a shop had full engine check and was shown motor had internal damage that was rigged to look like it was a good truck. Now recently had to get a loan for a new motor because no one would take the truck or trade it anywhere. If you wanna take your luck with theses scale artist hurting for sales be my guest take a chance with there lemon lot vehicles
My husband an I purchased a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado October 10, 2017. It was a cash purchase. We needed a good truck to pull a 30 ft camper since we had retired and were going to travel. We were assured that this was an excellent truck that would do the job. The salesman kept telling us he was losing money yada yada. We made a deal and also bought the extended warranty. The next day the oil filter light came on and the part cost $75. Then we drove it the next day and it made a horrible bumping sound. It was a ball bearing. Needless to say after 2 weeks and over $500 we got to drive our "new" truck today. When we told them that our truck had been in the shop for 2 weeks and we haven't gotten to drive it their response was "oh no". I will not go there again and will tell everyone I know not to either. Very sad.
