Very un helpful and rude. The employee didn't know anything about phones at all.
I talked to four people from this compnay.The first first person I spoke to said that you don't understand what I'm saying very rudely. That upset me because I completely understood. He didn't understand me. I went to the store in the mall and I asked the girl to help and she never got up, never acted like she cared. I told her I wanted to talk to someone who could help TEN minutes later she said maybe you should call customer support. Finally! Customer support was amazing, but the next guy was horrible. He hung up on me. I'll admit that by now I wasn't the most pleasant, but I'll have no phone before I give US Cellular one cent of my money. PLEASE, go to another carrier. This company does not deserve your money or time.
