We have personally dealt with Sherri Vanderkooy in a home buying purchase. She inaccurately listed hardwood flooring in her MLS listing (specifically and with the left over flooring box in a closet). At the very bottom of the MLS listing sheet in small print it says information deemed reliable but not guaranteed. So you can basically put whatever you want in the MLS listing and get away with it. Also, the seller of the home placed a paid invoice to Home Depot for granite countertops, an undermount sink and a new faucet with a note on it that said "will be installed at the end of this month" 4 days after her sellers had accepted our offer they cancelled the Home Depot purchase. When Sherri was asked why she said that it was just an estimate. But we knew it was not. So we got proof of that and sent it to her broker. Still nothing. We will probably be seeing an attorney soon. Very misleading to do something like that. I will be reporting her the BBB.
