Do not rent from this place, had reservation for truck called me a day before the rental to tell me they don't have a truck for me and can't do anything for me to go to U-Haul. Two days later see a $50 hold on my credit card from Budget for a truck I never got that they canceled on me, when calling them they stated it would be 5-7 days to get refunded. Why would you take $50 from my account in the first place when you didn't have a truck for me then take days to give it back when it should of never been taken.
Great customer service and very friendly! We rented a truck and used one of their storage units for 4 months. They put new locks on all the units at no extra charge when their were reports of storage break-ins in the area. I will return to them when I have a moving/storage need again.
