Not concerned with home warranties. When tech came out weeks ago he said he would note the SEWAGE...NOT sulpher smell ad an emergency.....besides that I have had water sitting in my washing machine for almost a month. Thanks plumb rite....lost 10 hrs of work waiting on no show and no call....
We had them assigned to us through our home warranty to fix a leaking shower. The gentleman came out and couldn't fix it that day and said he had to order a part. A week later he shows up at our house without the part says oops sorry didn't bring the right part. He said he would be right back. They finally came back 4 hours later to fix the part and the part he installed is wrong. I had to pay him my $65 fee and he said he would have to order a new part since the one he originally ordered was not correct. I've called three times and left messages to get an update and no one returns my calls. Called home warranty to complain and they said the plumber said they fixed the problem. Now home warranty says they can change servicers, but we would have to pay another $65. I mean it can't take you a week and half to get the part. Go to one of the plumbing stores in town or order it with expedited shipping.
Absolutely the worst people to deal with. Took our money and never finished the job. Please avoid these people. Scam outfit!
