As a victim of chronic pain/fatigue for more than 20 years, I know more than a little about misery and the desperation that comes from long periods without relief. I also know about feeling welcomed and appreciated. It's not enough to find a competent therapist! Most of us need to know that the people helping us really want to.

When I started I didn't think anything would help my back or pain. I met Tori during my first visit. She was so friendly and determined to help me. She explained the process of therapy and we went over my goals. I've had lots of friends complain during their therapy. BenchMark is not your typical boring therapy, they care and are dedicated to helping. Everyone on Staff was absolutely a pleasure to deal with. Tori and Matthew are THE BEST! My therapy is done and I feel wonderful. I will miss seeing them every week but am extremely THANKFUL for everything the Staff at BenchMark has done!!
A few seconds was all I needed to be assured that I was in the right place. I sensed it on the phone when I spoke to Blake Allen and I felt it again as I walked through the door and was warmly greeted by the friendly and knowledgeable staff. This same wonderful attitude continues with each visit.

Being held hostage to pain grates on a person after a time making it increasingly difficult to maintain a positive attitude. I get more than physical therapy here. These people really care. It's more than a job for them; it's who they are! That's very important to me.
I was recommended to BenchMark and I'm glad I was. I needed help with a 20+ year old injury to my shoulder that I have been "dealing with" all these years. I was skeptical at first that anything could change in my pain level, but I allowed the therapists to work with me and they gave me hope that I could see change. Over a couple months I started to feel the change and realized I was gaining strength in my shoulder and more stability. I also loved the atmosphere and the unity the whole team of therapists have. It was always a friendly environment and enjoyable to be there. The front desk ladies were always on top of scheduling, insurance questions and the phone reminders the day before were great. The entire staff is amazing. After years of pain that had become debilitating the Benchmark team has me back to my old self. I will be ready to get get back on the softball field this season and playing at 100%.
