Recently moved from Atlanta to Maryville, TN and needed to a storage unit and a moving truck. The guys I talked to at the front desk were very friendly and well informed on insurance policies. They explained how most insurance companies will not cover vehicles over 10,000 lbs so I gave my insurance group a call and found out I was not and had never been covered to drive a large moving truck. Thank God I never got in an accident before or I would have been screwed! I paid the small fee for their insurance and was happy for the piece of mind.
First of all my reservation was for 3 pm and I get there and it is locked. There's a sign on the door with a number to call. Call the number 3 times and no answer. Someone finally shows up 30 min late and he is rude. Then he proceeds to lie to me about having to buy budget's rental insurance and screws me out of $50. So I would not recommend going with this place nor budget to rent a truck. Use uhaul even if they are more expensive because at least they are staffed during office hours and don't lie to you.
