When you have an issue with how long your order is taking and ask to speak to a manager but are told the manager is to busy to speak to me; what would you do? I'm mad right now! Have waited two hours for three subs!! I live two minutes away! I ordered online and chose delivery because I didn't have the car, my husband did; not that should matter. I'm done with you Marco's!
It is with a heavy heart I must give Marcos 1 star. They have gone down hill in the last year. I placed my order at 6pm to be delivered at 7:30PM. It did not arrive until 7:50PM and it was cold. My list of pizza places is getting smaller in Maryville. I called the manager to let him no my disappointment and he said Sorry and hung up on me. You wont get my 60 dollars EVERY 2 weeks. Sad thing is great pizza is ruined by poor customer service.
We called 15 times and they said ‘we are not delivering now’ and would hang up. The last time they finally answered and said the same thing without an explanation. We asked to talk to the manager but everytime the associate would get the manager they would come back and try to talk to us again. Terrible customer service and they also wouldn’t give any type of discount when we asked to just do carry out. Come on Marco’s.
Not very happy placed my order online they told me they dropped my pizza, but never bothered to call me, then they tell me my pizza is out for delivery, but still No PIZZA!!! I called them and it was very disorganized tonight.
