Great facility with a wonderful staff. Jason is the best personal trainer! He also teaches a small gym class at the childcare facility where I work, and he is great with the children as well! Always friendly and professional. Morgan at the front desk is always warm and welcoming!
Courtney Walsh is definitely the best childcare employee! She is very friendly and makes my children feel welcomed. Kelly is great at the front desk. She is always smiling and greets me by name. Caleb is a great sales person. He’s answered all my questions in a timely manner. Also, Kenna in pt has been very helpful with some of the questions I’ve had about training. I definitely recommend this gym.
Since I joined here Morgan at the front has been very helpful and kind. She never misses a Hey or bye! Made my family and I feel very welcomed! Also Jason the personal trainer has been a true help with my fitness goals! My kids love the childcare and never want to leave! Courtney is great with the kids! Love this gym!
Morgan (Front desk), and Kenna (PT) represent National Fitness Center in a very professional manner. These individuals attention to detail, and personable behavior, towards a customer, is outstanding. Giving a greeting while entering the facility, to placing a smile on ones face walking out the door are some of the best qualities found in these individuals. This company needs more employees with such sought after qualities. These five stars are for the team members mentioned above. However, the facility would receive a much lower rating for the lack of maintenance.
Courtney Walsh is one of the best child care workers you all have hired. She is attentive and always has a smile on her face. Always so pleasant to see her when I bring my son in :) and also kelly up at the front desk! She is always so friendly as I walk in and remembers my name which is always nice! I always enjoy seeing her :)
