When it was Greenbank it was the best. As soon as capital bank bought them out. It got worse and worse.
The product has been provided to the customer and they say I should send the check back to the customer and have them cut a check in my name. REALLY??? Do you think with their product and the return of their check I'll get paid? Because I don't. Way to go Capital, you just lost two of my accounts.
Mobile deposit of a business check into my business account was rejected because it didn't have my name on the check. It had my business name on the check and I've had the account since 2008. I've been attempting to get an answer as to WHY one of my customers would have to have my personal name for a business check....why would I have to have both a business and personal account if both require my personal name. Why has no one from any branch returned my call to answer my question. Why tell me Jeff, the mgr at the foothills mall dr branch will call me four days ago and no one has called me?
